7 questions
Booking, timings, walk-ins and what to bring.
An appointment is recommended. It keeps your waiting time short and means enough time can be set aside for your consultation. You can request one online, by phone or on WhatsApp.
Yes. Walk-in patients are seen during clinic hours wherever the day’s schedule allows. If you are travelling some distance, it is worth calling ahead.
Call the clinic, or get in touch on WhatsApp or by email. The clinic will then contact you to confirm a time.
No. Submitting the form sends a request. The clinic will contact you to agree and confirm a time — your appointment is confirmed at that point, not on submission.
Bring any previous dental records, radiographs or reports you have, a list of medications you take, and details of any relevant medical conditions.
Please contact the clinic as early as you can so the appointment can be offered to someone else and an alternative time arranged for you.
A first consultation generally needs longer than a routine check-up, and treatment appointments vary by procedure. The clinic will tell you what to expect when your appointment is confirmed.

5 questions
Dental care for children and what parents can expect.
Yes. Children are treated at Dentora, with the examination and any recommended treatment explained to both the child and the accompanying parent or guardian.
Early familiarity helps, and a first visit is generally recommended once the first teeth have come through. The visit is largely about getting your child comfortable with the clinic. Dr. Anshul can advise on the right interval for your child.
Yes. A parent or guardian accompanies the child throughout, and everything is explained to you both.
The visit is paced to suit the child, beginning with familiarity rather than treatment. Let the clinic know beforehand if your child is anxious so that extra time can be allowed.

5 questions
What happens from your first visit onwards.
Dr. Anshul listens to your concern, takes a short dental history and carries out a clinical examination, with imaging where genuinely needed. The findings and the options are then explained to you.
Yes. Findings and options are explained so that you can decide. Except where a problem is urgent, there is no expectation that you commit on the spot.
No. Radiographs are taken only where they are genuinely needed to assess your case, and the reason is explained to you.
Aftercare guidance is given, and follow-up appointments are arranged where the treatment requires them. Dr. Anshul sees you at follow-up as well as for the treatment itself.
Contact the clinic during opening hours. Post-treatment guidance always includes what is normal to expect and when you should get in touch.
